Daily admission tickets will be available at the venue entrance each day: Seating is generally not allocated except for Saturday where seats will be allocated either on-line prior to the event or at the entrance on the day.
People wishing to purchase tickets for each day of the event will be able to do so on line. Go to the link for Saturday on-line bookings.
Admission Cost: Thursday $20; Friday $20; Saturday $35.
Children under 12 years: Thursday & Friday free entry.
Note: Once the indoor arena has reached its seating capacity on Saturday evening the admission price will be reduced to a “Standing Room Only” price.
On-line bookings for Saturday
If you want to be assured of a seat on Saturday evening we suggest you book on line for a pre-allocated seat. Your reserved seat covers both the day and evening competitions.
Cost: $45pp. Bookings close: 25 April 2010.
NB. The only way to purchase a ticket for Saturday is either via on-line bookings or at the entrance on the day.

Event Passes including reserved seating for Saturday will be available for purchasing on-line from the web site, use the link above. Seat numbers and tickets will be allocated for the indoor arena each day however the indoor is not usually full on Thursday and Friday so seating is pretty flexible on these days. If you are booking for children, please note that children under 12 yrs are free on Thursday and Friday.
Top Spot Marquee
We welcome top hats and silvertails to the Top Spot Marquee, located in the top spot position located behind ‘C’ in the spectacular indoor arena. Relax, chat, rub shoulders with the International riders and enjoy great food fine coffee and wines. Morning, afternoon tea and lunch with Wild Oats wines included. Tea, coffee and refreshments available at all times during the day. Other privileges include: gate admission to the venue, special parking and a complimentary programme booklet. - Cost: $100 per day. Special Notice for Saturday day session: The Marquee will be closed from approx 3.00pm to 6.00pm to prepare for the dinner session. If you are staying on to watch the evening programme and wish to have a reserved seat in the general seating area on Saturday evening then you will need to either book on-line or purchase a ticket at the venue on the day or use the standing room only facility.
Saturday Evening Dinner – 1 May
Enjoy a fabulous gourmet dinner served with Wild Oats wine in the Top Spot Marquee while watching the Hamilton Island Grand Prix Dressage Freestyle to Music and entertainment. A small gift included.
Cost: $150 per person.
Dinner Ticket holders will be able to enter the Marquee from approx. 6.00pm.
Seating arrangements will be tables of 4 or 10. Any special seating requests are to be made at the time of booking otherwise seating will be allocated by the organisers. To book, download the booking form on the link below.
Note: You can save by booking for the whole of Saturday: Sydney CDI Marquee day session and Saturday evening dinner - cost @ $215 for both sessions.
Special dietary needs and special access information for people with disabilities must be provided when booking.
Top Spot Marquee – Pack
Includes daily Marquee tickets, Thursday to Saturday and the Saturday evening Dinner. Cost: $415.
